Memo pad and mini-mirror. (a petit mirror) for the CD/CD+DVDs.

CD Jacket slicks (clear covers) for the MUSIC CARDS. The TeamAyu one has a printed signature on it!

Seems like it is made of the same material as clear files and is as big as a CD or so?

A download deadline was also set. 2014/01/31 for the cards.

I think it depends. Often times they give both, but sometimes they only give you one.

You choose one bonus for each version (for the CDs), if you order two versions (like CD-only and TA CD+DVD) you can get both bonuses.

It used to be that you could order one version and get both bonuses (provided you were a TA member, of course) but not anymore.

Yes, sadly we have to choose this time round. They used to give both in the past.

A jacket slick seems to be a CD-sized piece of hard plastic printed with the CD cover art. [SAMPLE]
