I didn't expect a ballad either so I was quite disppointed at first too. But after listening to it, I kinda changed my mind. It's very LQ but it sounds beautiful and different from their other ballads. Can't wait for the HQ song!

cos it's neither fast or slow sounding , just somewhere in the middle

no wait , I can say it's a mid tempo ballad

it's like YUI's again in that 1 moment you expect a slow part in the song & the next , the guys let it rip big time

but yeah the song makes a good outro theme for the movie Gekijouban Mobile Suit Gundam 00 -A wakening of the Trailblazer-

it's nice the piano , guitar beats do not clash with each other surprisingly

i think this song is more rock-ish than some of their other ballads. but i'd still consider it a ballad cause it's slow & dramatic sounding. but maybe i use the term too loosely sometimes, so..i dunno

Qualia is much less upbeat in comparision to YUI's again, though. you can tell which song is a ballad & an upbeat rock number. to me at least but regardless, they are still great songs!

CDJapan is a Japanese business, of course. They read the Katakana and, not knowing how to transliterate it, just directly took the katakana over which WOULD result in Kuoria.
