There are so many! One of the best, most amazing things about Ayu is her ability to transfer emotion so strongly into song and all of these songs have touched beyond all the others at some point, especially if I have felt in a similar place or if the music or lyrics have really hit home more than usual

For me...

untitled ~for her~ (just so many things about this song get me... the live performance where she's trying her best not to cry, the fact that the lyrics were written for a dear friend... it also reminds me of my dead cat Prince which is lame but it really does. it also reminds me of my best friend who didn't die but she did drift away and become a mental wreck and i couldn't help her.)

HANABI ~episode II~ (just recently this one hit me. it's so so sad. almost started crying when i was helping my Dad make dinner!)

M (the way it's sung at the end is just so .)

Endless sorrow (one of my faves by her, not overrated at all. the lyrics are gorgeous and the vocals are so emotional. the music video is amazing to. )

Voyage (whoa there, this one is just really epic and emotional sounding to me.)

Born To Be… (this is my favorite vocal performance of Ayu ever. this songs power and determination blows me away. i like to call it the theme of humanity! and the live performance with the rose dress was .)
