BRILLANTE. I totally expected it to come out like Sparkle. The pics from the PV made it seem that way too, at least to me, but no.....it had to be another Ballad song. I've grown a partial liking to it after a few more listens, but the chanting still irks me : /.
ANother song was also a disappointment too, but after Dream ON, I kinda saw it coming so the impact wasn't as bad....

most (miss) understood album tracks. Cheap and too simple arrangement for ayu's standards and don't go along with the single tracks... (could add B&D and Pride to that list as well). not a very cohesive album. Reason why this is "disappointing" is because she just released some of her best albums and MY STORY was at least very nice to listen to throughout. Also the singles leading up to (m) u were so awesome, the album tracks suffered even more.
Other than that, I haven't been "disappointed", some things like less than others, but that's pretty darn normal! Last edited by *Petit*; 4th September 2011 at 11:46 PM.

For me, it's the Guilty album. After secret, I didn't expect it to be a colossal failure. It started well with Glitter/Fated. Then well, talkin' 2 myself single took probably the longest to resonate in heart and I tend to eat up all her singles. But, Together When... was so good and I thought there would be more of that on the album! And if you listened to Guilty with the awesome intro such as Mirror, you thought it would be a kick ass album... somehow it doesn't work that way.
Favorite Tracks from Guilty- Mirror, Fated, Glitter, Judgement Day, & Together When... (2 A singles, 1 digital single track, 1 intro and one interlude... lol that's kinda sad)

no PV for Duty (anyone here even remember this song, LOL?) the end of ayu_ready? show  RnRC is still a crappy album for me FIVE has amazing covers, promo, but only 1 good song, and worse PVs than Love songs her works with Kazyoushi Shimomoura, photosets & PVs Mirrorcle World, because I can't stand her bad vocal there and awful arrangement and the PV no more good summer singles lack of powerful ballads recently, they are mostly repetitive & boring some of her lyrics her marriage. sorry fans.  but she will always be an inspiration  I love her no matter what

Wow... some people really disappointed of lot things.
To talk about "Don't look back"... I totaly love that song and also that PV. But seems, it is not really popular for a lot of you. So.. what dissapointed me?`Not really much. Sure.. there are some songs, I really don't like.. for example Love'n'Hate. But ok... every artist has song, I don't like. So... she relly disapointed me, with her ugly Hairstyle, she have since Life-Performance. Ok. it is growing again.. and looks better now. But.. in the beginning.. I was really horrable.

The music videos for Sunrise/Sunset & the shoot The (don't) Leave me alone music video Bold & Delicious The (miss)understood covers Her performance of NEXT LEVEL @ AT09 Her performance of Dearest @ AT08 Her voice in general in 2008 Her magazine promotions during the S/S period where she looked really spaced out. When she started to overact in her ballad performances and have the same formula for most of them with her reaching for Shuya or just reaching for nothing.
