I became a fan of Ayumi in mid-2012 (around A Summer Best release date) when I checked J-Pop songs. She was the first J-pop artist I've ever heard.
The first song I've ever heard was "Heaven". That song didn't impact much on me, however "Dearest" did.
She became a favourite for me, even though she wasn't my #1 overall favourite artist. In 2015, after I detached from My Chemical Romance because I kind-of recovered from my depression and I associated MCR with melancholic thoughts, she became my #1 favourite singer.
When I have panic attacks or suicidal thoughts, Ayumi's there for me because her music calms me down.

She means A LOT to me, I've grown listening to her (I knew her since I was 6 lol but became a hardocore fan at 10, now I'm 22) her music has been in the most important times of my life, I have so many memories that I relate to a song of her that I listened at the time, happy memories, sad memories, all my precious moments have an Ayu song on the background, so she really is REALLY important to me.

She means A LOT to me. her lyrics help me whenever i need it. she inspired me in so many ways, i adore her determination. so glad that i discovered Ayu back in 2008. eventhough ive missed her earlier days, im happy to be her fans and supporter beginning from the moment. Ayu teaches me a lot!

Meeting her in person has made my love and inspiration for her grow bigger and bigger

(even certain things or style that she pulled out that i dont like, but her people are not perfecr and its normal, i love her much still)

Ayu and me... it's a long story!
It began in early 2005, I litterally fall in love with Step you. It was the first time I listened to a major artist like her and I found her so talented and also beautiful, inspiring.
At this time, there were a lot of fansites about her and I wanted mine too. I opened Ayu Paradise (it still exists as a facebook page now) and it lived for 8 years online.

Thanks to Ayu I learned and loved web development and web design. It is now my job. I believe she played a role in that because I wanted to create Ayu Paradise myself from A to Z and for many years I spent a lot of time learning and working on AP.

Then the dream became real when I met her... twice. First in 2010, she was shooting RnRC booklet (and recording the album too) and I went to London and waited, waited... And when she arrived, it was so surreal, I was like "Oh my god, she's here, she's real, I've got two autographs!!!" I cried a lot this day.
But the magical meeting was one year later, still in London. I talked to her, she took me in her arms and I have a picture with her. It is still unbelievable.

I saw her in Tokyo too, back in 2010 for Arena Tour Rock'n'Roll Circus. Ayu on stage is something, she is so fierce and beautiful, different from the Ayu I met in London.

Ayu is like a model, I respect her so much and love her so much. She helped me a lot in many ways. I'm proud to be a fan. Even if I don't enjoy her music like before today, I still pay so much attention at what she does. I always will.

Ayu is life. That is all I can really say. From the worst of times to the best of times, she has been a constant.

She means a lot to me. I see myself reflected on her, it's like she's singing what I have in my soul/heart.
She's the soundtrack of my life.
