I don't blame her, I would do the same in her postion. I'm still annoyed at the fans that creeped her and Manny in San Francisco when she had already told them she'd see them at the airport.

This may be an off-topic question, but when was there an "out of control night" in NY? I don't think I ever heard of that. A friend from a friend met ayu at a gay nightclub in London and couldn't believe it was her so he went and asked her. She was surprised to know that he knew her, they took a couple of pictures together.

According to the guy, she's very friendly, bubbly and funny, she was dancing to him as well.

She told him herself that they were there for the Olympics. He also said that she kept hanging herself to his neck, very friendly and perhaps tipsy too?

The 1st friday she met with fans in NY, the people who were in front never left the front for anyone else to get close to her. The people left in the back were yelling and Stan was telling them to stop and let everyone thru calmly or they would be getting in the car and leaving. Timmy had to come to the people left in the back to get their items to be signed and gifts for Ayu or it never would have settled down.

Well, once you put something on the interwebs, it is a done deal. People should be aware of that, never put things online that you don't want other people to see - no matter what it is. I still think it's weird that she didn't say anything about this trip AFTERWARDS. During or before it's perfectly clear. But back in Japan, it's strange.

Actually I think it's nice for her that she's still able to go out with her friend and travel like a normal person to attend an event she's interested in. Even if it's that far away from her homecountry.
Given that normally she posts a lot about what she's doing, I would have expected her to say something about it. But I am not surprised or shocked or something that she didn't. After all it was her private trip.

I don't want to attack you personally or anyone else, but I just thought this was too funny.
Saying "this shouldn't be public" while uploading it to facebook (a site which's policy is mainly "privacy is a thing of the past").
That was not really smart on his part, especially if ayu asked him to keep it private.

Oh man, that's sad. The other meetings with international fans (like the ones in LA - minus the stalking part) seemed to be so nice and calm for everyone. Maybe that's why ayu and staff started to specifically say "thanks for being so calm and staying in the lines" in some TA posts about airport / train station meetings.
