I always thought Memorial Address was Dirección de la Memoria

(miss)understood is very difficult as it's a game with "miss", "misunderstood" and "understood", I'd say:
(in)comprendida wich is misunderstood, but it loses the meaning of "miss" >.<

Rock'n'Roll Circus. Is it suposed to be clown/animal circus or that circular kind of road? When I was in London I changed my mind about this, I'd say:
Glorieta de Rock'n'Roll or Plaza del Rock'n'Roll

I'm with visionfactory on LOVE again, I'd say either:
AMOR de nuevo or AMOR otra vez, but I see LOVE as a noun not a verb.

People should try to translate Mirrorcle World too xDDD

OMG TOTALLY idk I always though of LOVE again as "AMOR" itself. Maybe the ambiguity is on purpose? I had more doubt on putting "de novo" or "mais uma vez"/"novamente", as it's not only the second one she names an album with LOVE, I guess "de novo" gives only the idea of two times...

Some of the titles sound a bit lame for Romanian though like Regina petrecerilor XD to me it sounds a bit like the Tea Party Queen having a tea with her plushies in a child's room XD

I would change "Iubeste din nou" in "Iubesc din nou" (cause I guess Ayu wanted to be like "I love again" instead of "You love again" as stated in OP's post)

Imma try Chinese here, even though it's not my native language lol. I know there are official translations, but those usually involve word plays and are sometimes cheesy, so I'm going to try to be more literal where applicable.

A Song for ×× － 給××之歌／給××之A歌 (I seem to remember Ayu said that the "A" stood for "Ayumi", so if that's the case, and the "A" is not just the article "A", then use the second translation.)
LOVEppears － 愛出現／愛仿佛 (I also seem to remember that by "appears" Ayu meant "appears to be", not "appears on stage" ... if that's the case, second translation)
Duty － 義務
I am... － 我是。。。 ／ 我存在。。。(First one: am = copula/linking verb; second one: am = indicating existence)
