More details on Kame's new movie Utsukushii Hoshi

Kamenashi Kazuya to star in the movie 美しい星」(Beautiful Star) set to be released on May 2017.

美しい星 or Utsukoshii Hoshi, which means Beautiful Star in English, is originally a novel written by Yukio Mishima.

Kame's role is a job-hopping part-time worker who is the son in the Otsugi family that believes that himself to be an alien from planet Mercury (his other family members believe the same and that they came from other planets).He'll be working with Lily Franky (lead actor; father), Nakajima Tomoko (mother), and Hashimoto Ai (sister).

Shooting is set to start mid-March of this year and will end until April.

Kame's first comment about the role:

"I'll research more about Mercury in order to become a proper Mercurian."

I'm very pleased with the tracklist as it doesn't get more definitive than this

Let alone , the songs that made the cut in Hyphen Selection , most are old school KAT-TUN songs and it makes sense for ハルカナ約束 to be included & likewise being the 1st song in the disc as it means a lot to the group

Also I'm not surprised a lot of their old songs are in (most are from their 1st 2 albums) and quite a lot of B-sides are in too which I like most of them , like THE D-MOTION , PERFECT , STAR RIDER

And I had no idea BOUNCE GIRL was really popular o_O as I'm not a fan of the song

That said , I'm so buying it and it's a great compilation , a fitting 1 in sending Taguchi off as well

Kimi no Yume Boku no Yume which's the new song included in KAT-TUN 10TH ANNIVERSARY BEST "10Ks!" , was written & composed by Suga Shikao

It seems KAT-TUN's new song to be included in their 「10th Anniversary Best "10Ks"」was already recorded by Kamenashi, Ueda and Nakamaru.

The title of the new song is titled 「君の夢僕の夢」(Kimi no Yume Boku no Yume/ Your Dream, My Dream) is a ballad written by Suga Shikao for KAT-TUN. Suga Shikao is also the composer of their first debuted song Real Face.

Details on KAT-TUN's 10th anniversary best-of album revealed

The details on KAT-TUN's 10th anniversary best-of album "KAT-TUN 10TH ANNIVERSARY BEST '10Ks!'" (March 22 release) have been revealed.

The two-disc set will feature a track list of 26 songs, which include all singles from their debut song "Real Face" to their latest "UNLOCK" in addition to a brand new song called "Kimi no Yume Boku no Yume". This new song was written and composed by Suga Shikao, who was also in charge of the lyrics for "Real Face".

Limited Time Edition 1 will come with another CD titled "Hyphen Selection" compiling their most popular songs as voted by their fans. This disc will contain 15 numbers such as "Harukana Yakusoku", "4U", "THE D-MOTION", and "Shunkashutou". Furthermore, Limited Time Edition 2 will come with a DVD containing 26 music videos.

Suga Shikao Pens New KAT-TUN Song + Best Album Details Released

KAT-TUN has released the details of their upcoming best album “KAT-TUN 10TH ANNIVERSARY BEST” 10Ks! “”. The album will be released on March 22, the group’s debut day.

Singer – songwriter Suga Shikao, the lyricist of the group’s debut song “Real Face”, works again with KAT-TUN on their 10th anniversary. The collaboration was realised as strongly wished by the members. Suga wrote the new song titled ““Kimi no Yume, Boku no Yume”, a ballad. The recording has been completed by the three members Kamenashi Kazuya, Ueda Tatsuya and Nakamaru Yuichi.

The album contains all 26 singles released by the group since debut (original tracks). Disc 3 of LE1 contains “Hyphen Selection”, 15 tracks as voted by fans, from a total of 134 B-sides and album songs while LE2 contains a DVD of all music videos of their 26 singles.

In addition, the group has added another date to their Tokyo Dome dates, on April 29.
