I'm not sure how many people have signed up, but maybe it's worthwhile to break to the song into sections and people can choose which section they want to record their video to? This can be lyrics, or just music (depending on how many people, it can be like 15-30 second clips -- and maybe the outro of the song can be everybody all on one screen with a message across it?).

If it'll be the studio version playing in the background, I also think it makes sense if everybody is doing something (vs. lip-syncing the song) like holding a message or something similar? That might be boring though, IDK.

What if we changed the last two lines a bit to make them more personal/impactful?

We could do something like:
25. これからもずっとこの歌声が --> これからもずっとみんなの歌声が
26. あなたに届く様にと --> AYUに届く様にと

The original lyrics mean something like "May this singing voice reach you forever" but this would change it to "May everyone's singing voice reach Ayu forever"

Seems like that would make for a really nice closing, but maybe some people don't like the idea of changing it.

I was thinking about the あなた to Ayu change too! And I like the kono utagoe to minna no koe very much.
Changing it could be great since is like we get the love she give to us and we give it to her again

She changes the "anata ni todoki" to "minna ni todoki" in live concert a lot, so I see appropiate to change the parts you said
