omg this is incredible. they look almost close to each other! It very interesting how Hal is that...girl, she is pretty hot. I thought HAL would be like guys or something but i guess i was wrong. but thanks for the info, Halna is pretty cute LOL

This is what I understand of the whole H/\L/Halna situation:

H/\L used to do a lot of arranging for Ayu, but then they wanted their own Ayu for a band, I believe. So they found Halna, renamed her and created the band H/\L. Halna was made up to look and sound like Ayu. But I don't believe that the band H/\L did very well, even though I think their second album was excellent. They don't release music anymore with Halna, unfortunately. I suppose direct copying doesn't fair too well in the real world.

from what i heard to halna.. wasnt her real name,... dunno if this true...

maybe the guys are gonna stick to remixing other artist songs... rather than have their own ayu

Hee hee, thanks! Glad I could help. I almost think that it is weird for a band to blatantly copy someone like Ayu. I guess they don't seem to realize that people prefer originality over copying. I think the fate of H/\L (being dropped by Avex - yay! maybe now they will go back to arranging Ayu's stuff) can attest for that.

They aren't really copying each other.It's their designers and the people who choose what they wear for videos and photoshoots.So, maybe their design or photo people are the same or are copying each other.

The same poses part... you should look into what you say before you say it as I have been doing to clear up my name some

singers are models, models are dancers and all models MUST know specific poses to become a model. its one of the harder things to learn when becoming one. look in any modeling magazine or site and you will find that other models have the same poses. does this mean that models from 1985 somehow copied ayumi hamasaki in 2004?

shouldn't assume anything until you have a thesis or an arguement to back up your thesis in any situation

these compare/contrast/copy ayumi threads are quite bothersome... yes i should probably stop osting in these since they are a waste of my time logically but eh... i just like to speak a little more here and there

well if its from avex they r trying to market another ayu. If this is not halna's choice but the producers its bad for her. Or maybe I'm wrong

For some reason, I think Avex was trying to create another Ayumi because Ayumi is becoming way too powerful in the corporation, basically, if ayumi goes, the corporation will go down a lot as well.

That's why they created another ayu in an attempt to make ayu less powerful but failed miserably.

Just my interpretation, or maybe I'm just over-sensitive on this subject lol.

Hope it's not true, and H/\LNA is just a big Ayu fan and she wants to be like her...
