By "jpop" i'm sure they just mean music that's popular in japan, it doesn't necessarily mean style that specific. Any country besides japan is only gonna narrow it down between "jpop" and "jrock", nothing more specific than that.

hooow disapoiting. The talked about Puffy ami yumi, kick the can crew... I had to saw BRITNEY SPEARS but i didnt keep watching until the end. they didnt talk about Ayumi or Ayaya or nothing... very disapoiting

It was horrible! 3 Puffy videos, and one by Kick the Can Crew and Bonnie Pink. I mean where were the realy jpop videos? Like Ayu, globe, Morning Musume!? -_-

I agree, and i didnt know anyone in the top list 5 in japan (except l' arc-en-ciel, ready steady go) YVT disapointed me A LOT

yah im guessing
YTV are getting the puffy ami yumi animated series so they try to introduce jpop
total dissapointment
no AYU or DAI
they do have inuyasha it the least they can do is play the videos...and i cant even complain to the website msg board since im too old.

That was ****...****^3. Honest to god, WTF? They are like "This is the JPOP special!! " And they have 5 J-pop songs... And THREE are by Puffy. They are a nice band, but there are so many OTHERS are are so much BETTER or could have taken TWO of the THREE time slots they gave. I think that was ghey, beyond belief. I have the nerve to write in and complain, but then again, why would i waste my time? And they didn't even spell Arashi right! They were like "ArashE" as the number one video -_-;;;; What morons. I swear, if they put on Momusu or Ayaya or Ayu or Nakashima Mika or ANYONE POPULAR, it would have been so much better. I mean, they put on THREE Puffy songs, none of them were recent, and they have Ayu's WHOLE CAREER to choose from and they ended up going "we want to be stupid *****s, duuuuuuh" What morons.
