Does anyone know any bands from Finland?

Hmm. I know about Finntroll! It's actually pretty funny stuff. Polka influence metal.

Negative. Good rock band. Labelled emotional rock. Many label it as gothic as well. :/

And Hanna Pakarinen. She has more popish songs but very very good. Her voice is amazing. I recommend fearless, and save my life tonight. Also did a cover for HIM's Join Me.

nanami606, I wasn't expecting anyone to know about Hanna. Her career's only just gotten started and the best-known Finnish acts are metal/rock - pop's really not our strong point. Did you hear about her through 'Idol winners of different countries'- talk or perhaps you live near Finland?

wow i didn't know those other bands.... only the rasmus and nightwish... wich there's a song i really like of them.

But since i'm not a rock fan i like a lot Aikakone! Aikakone Rulez.!

I live in Estonia. The neighbour country of Finland. My friend saw her performing. And her sister had her album. I listened to it.

Hanna Pakarinen sounded very good in the Idols competition, but she sounds too much like Britney Spears on her album...but her voice really is amazing!

If someone wants to listen to some good popmusic I recommend Tiktak. They play pretty well.. and the girls are really nice.. I've met them couple of times..I play in the same bandschool where they used to play..
