At least it wasn't something even worse. Pot is like...the least of the drugs. I hope it won't reflect poorly on Ayumi, but not that she would have known what they did at home.

It's easy for people to say, "Whatever, so many people do pot" which isn't the point: it's still illegal and can affect public perception. In any case, the guys are pretty young and so people can brush it off as stupid (ah, good old American apathy). Unfortunately, I know there are 40 year olds who still do drugs. I think if you're still doing stuff like that at that age, you really are stupid (and bored).

personally i think this is really funny. Fair Do's to them, 7 plants going at once o_o lol the only thing i will say is bad was the selling of it to other people. If you're willing to grow and smoke your own, that's fine, but selling/buying it i don't think is nice.

This truly is devastating for Ayu and any African happily living in Japan. I guess the stereotyping will start sometime after this.

I hope this topic doesn't turn into a racial thing...but I did have a tiny feeling this would involve my brothers

They're always doing something to get in trouble

. I hope they realize that they probably won't be dancing with Ayu off of this stage. Because this simply isn't cool at all anyway you look at it.

To put something positive in all this mess, even though they are wrong in doing this; power to my other "responsible" peoples over there.

. (Oh, and while I'm at it, shoutouts to Grandpa in Okinawa!)

And as far as Michael Jackson goes; "innocent until proven guilty in the court of law and by a jury"

...(no longer "a jury of your peers" seeing that the US congress has changed that law mysteriously under our noses along with others as well)...isn't it wonderful how things can just change so suddenly?
