The thing with ayu is she does a lot of genres. She has pure rock songs, love ballads, happy pop-ish songs, etc. If you tell us what kind of genres you like I can help introduce you to some great songs.

Wow, that's like... all new songs.

I say her old songs are way better. Go for her older songs.

Yes, thats commendable! A SONG FOR XX, M, FORGIVENESS, OURSELVES, STEP YOU, ALTERNA, APPEARS, VOYAGE and NOTHING FROM NOTHING will draw you into the world of Ayu(which seems to be a black hole in space because you cant get out of it..)!!!!

I like her songs from 1999-2000 better. Like "LOVE ~Destiny~", "A Song for XX", "Trauma", "appears", "Duty", "SURREAL" and "monochrome". You should try them out, they're better than the plain songs we get since 2002. Just my opinion.

I completely agree with you!

You might want to try out her underrated songs too. "End of the world" and "And then" are simply WONDERFUL.

What do you EXACTLY want to know about Ayu??? Her profile, or what???
Born in Fukuoka, 2nd October 1978. Fav meals are cookies and tasty things, unfav-pigs legs(geez). Likes Keiko (Globe). When was a teen mostly listened to Led Zeppelin and another rock music...

Best songs??? "A BEST" album (released in 2001) contains them!!! By the way, it's the most sold Ayu's album-over 4 million copies! Also, "A BALLADS" album (released in 2003) contains best ballads. I am a fan for 5 years already, so, I will recommend you:

Ballads:
Duty
Dearest
Voyage
HANABI (ep.II too~)
forgiveness
HEAVEN (coming soon)

Rock:
Because of You
GAME

Dance:Naturally
Connected
WE WISH
Real me
Ourselves

As I said, best sold album is "A BEST", next one is "Duty" (released in 2000)-I recommend them both!
Best sold single is "A" (released in 1999), then goes "SEASONS" (released in 2000), and then-"}{"-they all are great!

Total Ayu singles-37 (original singles)
Total Ayu albums-9 (original albums, including bests)

hehe, something more???
