can we also post questions about singing like techniques and exercises here too? to ask all the singers? like i want to know how people practice every day to maintain an "open" voice easily? and is there any techniques or way to practice your singing so you can sing up high without using your fake voice and sounding weak?

^ sure!
 use your diaphram to help support your breathing and Don't tighten up your throat when you sing high, ...hmm that'sall i can think of right now, i'll ask my teachers tommorow ^^-

hehe so far so good!!! I'll try to make one too, although it may be legit...

no its never from the throat keep that in mind. It should always come out of the diaphram. for instance, lay down on your back and when you inhale, make sure your stomach comes up and not your chest, other wise youre not breathing right.

omg -late-
I'm SO loving the buttons and stuff good job slashess and acimahs <3<3 i'd liek to karaoke w/ you slashess x3 and...I really don't understand "singing right" ....Even though I'm in cohir...all my directors have been dumb people and I really don't have a visual on what to really do, can someone maybe explain to me in [visual maybe?] detail please?

What's the whole thing with rolling your stomach? I mean I know you do not at all suck in your stomach...whenever I try to sing with my diaphragm...its like im almost pushing my stomach out...anyway I look fat when I do it...well i try to do it mostly when i play...
anyone got any tips for improving range? that's what I should do.

so, who cares? I'm already fat even without singing with my diaphragm. ps: I'd love to sing karaoke with you guys but as you can see, I have no computer at the moment, I'm jsut using this computer at work so yeah! arghh i wanna join too. i love singing and i did learn some techniques and a former choir member. maybe we can all gather and sing sometimes ^_^
