The more the merrier of course in 1Gb I believe that it can hold up almost all Ayu's musics, but we listen to a lot more other artist, so need more space =]

WEll 1 GB ist definetly not enough for me. But I think 4 GB are good. I'd like to get a 20 GB player but they only have harddrives and so they use a lot of energy and then they may be broken easily. So I choosed to get a 4 GB flash player. Or maybe I'll get one with 1 GB internal space and additional 1 GB space by flash cards. Then I'd buy some cards and so I can exchange them like CDs or something ^-^

its not hard to keep track of thousands of songs with my iPOD cuz everything is neatly organized cuz im that kind of person. i prefer vast-storage mp3 players. a 500mb one couldnt even store 4 of my Ayu singles cuz i rip everything at 320 bitrate.

Speaking for someone who has a 4gb iPod nano, I think more space is good. I don't currently use it all but I have maxed it out before.

I have a 4GB and it suits me well. I never need to carry more than a thousand songs with me at a time. =P

The more the merrier! Cause I've got a lot of good music and it would be a pain to keep deleting my favorites to put the other half of my favorites on there, so yes, bigger files! (with my old mp3 I releaised that even though I had it, I listened to the left overs on my CDs more than it cause even w/ 250 mb it wasn't really doing anything for me. I'm lovin' my ipod <---godsend!)

I think you can never have enough storage The more the merrier! However..yeah...it might be a little annoying looking through a bajillion songs...but just organise very well

I kind of want to upgrade to a larger-capacity iPod, but..I guess my iPod Mini will have to do for now.

Actually, i think everyone gets ripped off a little bit though right?

i have an ipod, and they use up 3GB for god knows what. All I know is that I have used up about 8 gigs and I have 19 gigs left. hmmm..

19 + 8 = 30?

The more space, the better, then you don't have to fret over "can i put this there? will i have enough room?" but things do get expensive...and i haven't been able to find a good case for my ipod under $30...my dad gets mad.

And it isn't that hard to keep track of all your songs, because iTunes organizes them very easily. I don't know about other players though.

I think it depends on: what kind of player you buy, what kind of music are you going to put on it, and how do you listen to your music? Ex: I listen to music based on mood (really), so I like to have all of my options open, if I want to listen to Hikki, or maybe Ayu...I would like to have everything with me.

Ex 2: If you're gonna use it to only listen to Ayu, and let's say you don't like remixes, then you probably wouldn't need over a gig.

depends on you and how much music you have.

I used to have a 1 GB mp3-player, but that one was way too small for me!
Now I have a 30 GB iPod, and I really love it^_^ It isn't hard to scroll in your music, and I have organized mine pretty well, in my opinion XD

MP3 with high storage. You don't have to waste space on your computer and you never have to delete a song. And you have all songs wiht you at all times so you never have to exchange.

Am I one of the proud and few who actually owns all the music on his mp3 player? I guess that's why I don't need an mp3 player with huge storage because all I have to do is grab a CD, stick the mp3 player into the USB drive and transfer quickly. Then I just add and remove whenever I feel like it. With about 70 albums and 15 singles to choose from, I never run out of CDs to choose.

My mp3 player.
