I think it would be a great idea^^
But I wouldn't buy the book.
It sure wouldn't get translated into German or come out here.
I can't understand japanse-so it would be senseless to buy it for me XD.

If there was an English version I'd probably buy it, it would be interesting to find out more about her life, perhaps even about the stuff that's not mentioned or known.

I would buy it without a doubt. Just reading her interviews (NTV, Rockin On Japan, etc) makes me quite interested in what Ayu would have to say about her not-so-spoken about past.

If there was a translated version I would buy the original, because kana/kanji looks prettier, then I would download the translation scans

I actually thought a biography wouldn't be necessary in her case. Because ayu narrated most things to us through her lyrics and several interviews (for example Rockin' On Japan).

But if she'd see the necessity to write a biography I would definately buy it. ^^ Maybe until then my Japanese skills would be good enough to read/understand the original. xD
