It's rather that Nagase respects her when she says that, so that he won't be touchy feely infront of the cameras, so as not to give the press stories to write about.

I hope they do get married..
and yes.. divorces do happen in Japan.. my friend/penpal Michiko is her husbands second wife.. he and his first are.. well obviously divorced.. I don't know many details about it tho.. and I'm not sure how often people in japan get divorced.. but certinally not as much as people here in america do! |

Ah... It's so nice to hear this news!
![]() But as for Avex nut lettin' Ayumi do this and that, i think it's really stupid cause wot's the point of being so reserved? How i wish Ayumi can break up Avex rules! Hahaha... Wicked... |

![]() That makes me so happy to see that they are happy together ![]() 5 years doesn't really mean anything to them. It shows you can be happy together, but you don't need a piece of paper to show to the world that you are happy. Tomoya's dad sounds like a very good man ![]()

Your not really understanding how it works in Japan. No member of Johnny's is encouraged to get into long term relationships and especially not to marry someone. It was a big scandal when Takuya Kimura of SMAP got married but luckily for them it turned out alright. Still though, just as it is in H!P, it's like an unwritten rule in Johnny's that serious relationships are not to take place and if they do you keep them hidden. It is definitely at least part of the reason why they haven't gotten married yet.
Also, I don't see why everyone is saying Tomoya's dad is such a nice guy? So nice that he was bought off by a reporter when it is obvious that Ayu and Tomoya don't want their relationship in the press. |

^Maybe...he didn't do it for the money. Maybe he just wanted to dispel everything.

Aw come on! It's the guy's dad! If he were that much of an *******, I would think it would be apparent from his words.

They probably interviewed him and asked him his opinion on this matter, rather than him coming out like "I THINK THEY ARE IN LOVE." lol
Plus, if this was false, it'd be juicier if Mr. Nagase disapproved of the two.. :p

*cough* I wish Wesc was here to bang out of a couple of these comments.
But anyway. That was a nice read. A tad bit informative and nicely laid out, except for that last line. |
