I know that Hong Kong puts the CD's on thier shelves early, but do other asian countries do it as well? Like Singapore?

I doubt that. Hong Kong is the way it is. The black stores would probably be caught anywhere else.

I think it's actually sharp, but the shine around it together with the very grainy picture quality makes it look blurry.

I agree on that it isn't very pretty, though.
