I agree. I wish they would have been like their demos as well.

Maybe Ayu should release a Demo-Tracks Album^^

I also noticed this things.
When I listened the 1st time to Game I thouht it'd be a powerful sad ballad.
When I saw it was a rock song I was kinda surprised!

still alone is probably the one i was most disappointed by when i heard the final track... the CM version was more guitar-based and had no background vocals. It was just ayu alone in the lead, her voice was so strong and confident while still sounding raw and pained, the song felt MORE powerful with less behind it. The album version is like, over-produced. The CM version is so much more satisfying, and simply more beautiful... the album version kinda makes my eye twitch a little. x_x

I got this idea last night, i'm gonna make a video in windows movie maker comparing the CM versions and the finished versions of songs that were different in the CM. Watch for it

(sorry for double posting but this is a new thing so I wanted to bump the thread back up)... I just finished the aforementioned video, uploading it to youtube now. I'll post the link to it in the Fan Works forum when it's up. It doesn't have walking proud or GAME on it (mentioned in this thread) since the difference is too subtle, and too hard to hear without dvd quality audio. But ALOT of the others are there. It's actually a decently long video (about 5 1/2 minutes).

Its worth considering that full length CM versions may not exist at all - its highly likely what you hear is all that was made, give or take a few seconds.

I think the best demo was probably Beautiful Fighters, it didn't suck. >_>

this thread was made on my birthday! DX

yes, I'd love to hear these. I love the CM mix to immature. avex could totally cash in on this release. unlike an unoriginal BEST from Koda Kashmi.
