[Official] Update of Layout & Tracklist of A BEST 2 (With confirmed order)

Tracklist is utter sadness. So many singles to choose from, and it becomes unexpected songs. Dearest? I mean...okay...but that's old man...daybreak? the #2 hit? Aww...I really enjoy the song. Oh well, big big sales ayumi, I hope for you, Utada's singles collection did amazing, and you must do even more azmaing

I have a feeling the covers will be very grungy, as that's what's being shown in the flash intro.. dunno though. XD

You do know that just about every single's main track since evolution made it, except forgiveness and B&D? [the 2nd and 3rd c/w tracks of 2005 don't really count either, were ignored like woah during promotion..]

Daybreak doesn't necessarily count as a single, since it was a recut from I am...

Yeah, and Will might finally get a PV with pigs flying.

Hopefully the flash is just indicating the kind of typeface they want to go with for A BEST 2, but a grungy Ayu photoshoot would probably be nice for BLACK..

damn , daybreak disappeared, and humming is back. but i was surprised that in the original tracklist, humming was absent. humming is a popular track among concert goers since it wwas never unsung in any concert since it was released, while daybreak was sung only once in her concerts (arena tour, i think). i personally wish humming wasnt here since my "My story" album would already be a little useless (the only songs i liked there were the tracks which had pvs, basically everything in a best 2

also... My story has the most tracks here? i like the tracks, but it seems rather unfair to the higher sellers such as I am and Rainbow. I mean, I am is like her 3rd highest selling studio album and rainbow is 4th. she could've at least placed Daybreak here. Tracks which had tie-ins from her career peak could've also been placed as well (Heartplace, everywhere nowhere, We Wish, Naturally (my love...), still alone, no more words... any one of these) and she could've dropped walking proud or about you (both songs i love, but i anticipated that one of these won't be here given that My story isn't really her peak already). O well. But Im fine with the tracklist already.

I think they looked for as many album tracks with promotional videos as they could [only one without a PV is like, a song is born.]

They tried to put as many single tracks as they could [they only missed 2 main tracks]

okay, i do know why...partly...since it do build up the atmosphere in concert, and it is a good choice for 'best albums' to introduce new fans, but i just hate that song.......

I am really surprised that B&D and Pride are not on her. It would make sense to at lest put B&D on here. Ayu and Avex probably think that sense it didn't sale well it would bring down the sales of these.

That's the worst move ever. I'm definitely not getting it now. I love Daybreak to bits. And I hate Humming 7/4 the most of all Ayu songs, more than Dearest. This is dissapointing.

And that's probably true too. I guess it's only natural to pick popularity over quality if they're making a BEST album.

Just accept the tracklisting and move along, you always have the opportunity to shuffle tracks if you don't like it.

I ordered the white version and now i'm having doubts, I dislike Humming and I really dislike fairyland =/
laaame.

Maybe I'lll buy the back version instead, that seems perfect.

do what i plan to do. skip that song! that's what i did with My Story and i'm doing it with A-Best2.
you must get it! there are still great songs and there's still the oncert to look forward to

No, I hate to skip tracks. Plus bad tracks sort of ruin the album. It's all perfect and then a big stumbling block pushes you down and steamrolls you. In this case, Humming 7/4 or Dearest.

Let's see if the PV for the new song is worth watching. =/ Or I'll skip CD+DVD and just get the CD only. This is severely dissapointing.

Plus most of us already have the albums from Duty onwards.
