Well, i remember when I watched Making Of Jewel, there's no contact lens in her eyes during the shooting, so it should be computer animated. Afterall, in the PV, the diamond in her contact lens is moving.

She wasn't refering to the diamonds in her eyes because those are computer generated. She meant that her feather eye lashes were very painful.
