Well after ayu said they'll meet up for dinners I doubt they still live together... One of them maybe moved or going to move, both of them has the money they can move in an hour.

^^^I think Partino meant during Secret. If she was thinking during the Secret recording-promoting era that it wasn't going to work out, then they were still together but not 'Lovers'.

Ayumi has always been such a classy celebrity, who usually keeps to herself. So I HIGHLY DOUBT she'd be silly enough to use such a personal matter to exploit her new single. She doesn't care about sales THAT MUCH. And no one should. That's lame. lol. (except we all know where Avex stands on the matter.)

Ayumi stands up for herself, as we saw with A Best, so I don't think anyone could have forced her to use the situation as a marketing tool. I really think she felt that it was time.

i would say, probably there's a coincidence~

I think there's certainly room for arguing that it may be a kind of publicity stunt. She could easily have said nothing at all about her relationship, especially considering she had spoken of BEING in a relationship maybe once during the whole 7 years.

But this is all supposition on all our parts until (and if) Ayu says something a bit more revealing in new interviews. We don't know when she wrote the songs, we don't know when the treatment for the PV was finalized, we don't know when the relationship ultimately ended.

But I think the fact that fans are connecting the dots definitely brings more attention to this single. There's no arguing that she's getting more publicity because of the timing of both incidents.

I just hope that Nagase didn`t break up with her because she was kissing him in the movie.. I mean, it`s an act. But on the other hand, if they knew nothing`s gonna happen, it`s better that they broke up. And I guess she showed it in the PV..
