If mailing to the person in Japan's too expensive for some, how about scanning our messages and send online?

yeah . . that's also a good idea . . I think we should make 2 plans
1 is for the persons who can't mail or difficult to mail
and the other one is mail directly to the person in japan

if that's work .. there will be many messages for Ayu and she will be busy reading our msg , forget her work , may be . .

I can't believe someone actually found her address. O_O Everyone always told me it was impossible unless you were in the fanclub. I'm so happy! Now I can even send her a letter even if this doesn't work out.

And yeah, maybe the 3 threads should work together to make it work. I think we can definitely do it.

Yeah, we've got a lot of threads talking about this. ^___^; Well, at this thread (here), we're already planning out how we're going to put it together and send it out and everything...

I really love this idea, but the only problem is that I can't write in Japanses and I doupt my English letter would actually passed on to Ayu, let alone be understood

^ Actually Ayu speaks a considerable amount of English, plus I'm sure he has translators.. don't feel bad about it.

You could write it as simple as possible since she does know some English.

i think ayu's english is great passively, cause we know for sure she was speaking english on some part of her interview at CNN International a year ago.
So, if ayu could speak in english, then reading it must be not a big deal for her.

I second the idea of some of them being written online--that might work out a tad bit better, as those who will be the wonderful, gracious helpers delivering it/sending off to those who CAN deliver it, will be able to compile a few rather fast. (as long as they have enough printer ink and paper! XD)

I don't know how else I can help out besides trimming my message that I put up here and shortening it down a bit. MANY thanks to all of you guys who help out--I'm honestly so proud and so happy to be a part of the community =D

@sugarbasil: that's not ayu's real address^, it's the fan club one,

@TarotWarrior: the letters aren't being sent directly to that address individually, they're going to be compiled into a scrapbook, and I'm SURE the scrapbook will be passed on. and yeah, ayu's english is pretty good, and she'll probably have a translator at hand if necessary, so don;t worry! just put what you want!

I REALLY want to be a part of this~ You can count me in as an online letter writer to Ayu. All I need is the e-mail to send it to.

i think handwriting the letter and then scanning it would be alot better, or mailing because different types of handwriting would bring ALOT more variety and it would be interesting looking at people's handwriting from all over the world...just hope she can read our messy writing xD

typing would be boring and it could also be the same person typing the messages
