My Story Classical - is the box only available in first press?

I don't remember when I bought My Story Classical, but it was a while after it had come out. I want to say 6 months, maybe more... and it had the slipcase. But then again, I sort of had a feeling that it was a slow seller so if it is first press, then it didn't sell out all that quick.
I once came across a copy of ayu-trance 2 that came in a slipcase (yes it was Japan ver.).

it cost me 20USD, i wanted the slip case, makes the collection look a LOT better, and plus it saved me like...15 bucks <3
