I'll translate the article...
Title: Hamasaki Ayumi transforms (her image) into Arab girl. The everchanging Ayu always come with up new ideas when she shoots commercials, so this time in a new sweets (literally fruit jiuce lolly) commercial Ayu becomes an Arab girl sitting on an airplane made of lollies, giving a new and fresh image! In past Ayu sweets commercials, Ayu has become Ultraman, captain of a spaceship, and of course won't let down fans with her new commercial. Ayu appears as an Arab girl eating lollies while praying to the sky. At first people think she's praying for rain or something. Suddenly a ray of light bursts throught the sky. The ray is actually formed of lollies, which in turn transforms into an aeroplane of lollies which Ayu sits on. So Ayu was praying for a plane made out of lollies. This is process uses alot of computer animations and the client company spent lots of money developing the commercial. Also, Ayu's 30th single 'forgiveness' will be released this week. Because it is the 30th single, Ayu and Avex Trax wants do alot of promotion for the single, but because of the a-nation concert Ayu could not take time out to promote the single, which somewhat degrades the single's promotion. The next paragraph is about the 31st single which you already know. The translation may sound funny but that's because that's how they word things in Chinese.
