Rename this thread, or ask a mod to. Parapara routines these are NOT, haha.
Thanks!

And I'd prefer to keep the title as is, but if it bothers you that much, I'll change it.

Still, it's rather strange to call them ParaPara when they aren't.

They're just armdance routines, while ParaPara is more.. stepping back and forth while doing 5x+ more than whatever Ayu's fan dances have people doing, haha.

Yeah, but I'd still consider at least Trauma, independent, and MY ALL parapara, at least by a loose definition of the dance. But you're right, they aren't by any means, full paraparas.

I do know that Boys & Girls had an actual Parapara. Not those you see in concerts, but those actual ones on the game machines and stuff. I've seen it on TV before.

Boys & Girls, Fly high, and AUDIENCE all had ParaPara J-Euro routines. [Performed by 9LoveJ and PPA]

I believe I still kind of know them. They're not that good and to be honest, it looks reaaallllly silly unlike the Ayu dances, haha.

^ Cool, I didn't know that Fly high and AUDIENCE had actual Parapara routines. Those are considered the actual Parapara right? I don't get why everyone starts calling the Trauma dance a Parapara routine tbh.

I believe they call it such because the motions are very similar to ParaPara. [The arms waving back and forth and circling the hands and so on..]

I think it was coined as one since back then when they first taught the dance, when ParaPara was pretty big but it's rather nonexistent now.

Yes... there are a lot of routines of her songs and a few of them are really funny (like Independent or Trauma).

Fly High has a parapara? I think you mean the whole chorus dance, aren't you?

A friend told me the term parapara refers to the waving movements of the sakura blowing in the wind so if you see people on machines doing gentle arm movements, that's the correct way to do it lol. It took me awhile to get the moves for independent but the rest were pretty simple.

Yeah, I know the ParaPara to Boys & Girls. I just don't have the A Eurobeat Remix to which its done. I have the A Eurosenti Mix from ayu-ro mix instead. Its one of those things where I want the song, but I don't want to spend $25 for the CD for one song.

@ truehappiness, I didn't know that Fly high and AUDIENCE had ParaPara routines. Thats interesting. I'm gonna see if I can find a vid or something...

Just look for ParaPara J-Euro. There's probably a torrent out there somewhere.

And now that I think about it, that's a bit of a paradox. Because by not changing the region code, I'm locking myself with one region anyways...

I might just change the region code to region 2 and just deal with it...

And I don't like to ask for downloads of copyrighted material. I've done it already with the German UNITE! single, but I have strong intentions to get a legal copy of the CD.
I use VLC player on my laptop and have never had to change my region

If I use NERO or Windows Media Player I have to so I got VLC and never have to. The picture can be a little grainy but it's good enough for me

Also, our old DVD player was unlocked so I can play any region's DVD on it - does your DVD player have a code you can use to unlock it? You can find lots of them online but it voids the warranty for some models (but if it's already out of warranty, what do you have to lose?)

^ I think I might just get VLC. But on the other hand, my computer doesn't have all the iTunes stuff on it. So I'm thinking I could just change the region and save the vids to this computer and send them to the main computer.

I've been reading about region codes some and I read about those codes to unlock the DVD player. I'm just not sure it my DVD player is still under warranty. Probably not...
