What songs do you think that ayu will perform in 2009 - 2010 Countdown Live?

waaaayy too many costume changes. That's one of the things I don't like about her concerts. before her my story tour, she didn't change her outfit ever other song. D;

Ayumi, please, we're not going to like you less and stop buying your stuff if you stop wearing a different outfit for every song.
not to throw this curve ball out there but....utada (2006) wore 4 outfits, no backup dancers, no backup singers, and only 2 video interludes (opening, and the exodus poem). and her concert was freaking epically amazing. it just proves that you can have just as an amazing concert if you simplify them. just a girl with her backup band on stage alone with some good visual eye candy on led screens.

Well,probably Utada fans in Japanese are more clam, but ayu fans in Japanese are more and less like this.

Ten to one she performs her concert staples Evolution, Surreal, My All ... bleh. But I'm really, really, really, really, really, really, really hoping she performs Dolls, Daybreak, and/or Free & Easy. She hasn't performed Dolls (one of my favorite songs) in like, what, six years? And the last original performance of Free & Easy (probably her best song after M) was seven years ago.

Oh, and no Sparkle plzkthx.

Dolls were performed on Team Ayu Tour in 2003 (yes it's about 7 years ago), and the last time she performed Free & Easy was at CDL 06-07 which was about 3-4 years ago.

HUH?! why? what's wrong with 3 hours long concert?
i don't know if you ever been attended her concert or not, but from my experience when watched her AT08 at shanghai, 2 hours is just like 2 minutes you know? its really fast...so longer is better..hahaha

Maybe she's out of ideas She performed Free & Easy on CDL02-03 too. I think she thought that the AT02/BCDL06-07 interpretation fits the song best, so if she ever wants to perform again maybe that style or the simple CDL02-03 style would do best. It's just my opinion

i never attend any of her concerts before but i know how you feel.
the longer is better but please.i don't want ayu to force herself to sing so many songs...she'll exhausted very fast especially when she sings so many fast tempo songs...i'm not really encourage her to do another PCDL

I think walking proud would be a great choice - she referred to it recently in one of her Ayu's DIARY posts, and even though it just to go with what she was saying, the lyrics might be fresh in her mind because she's been rehearsing it/thinking of using it in an upcoming concert (As in the case of all her blog posts last year that had snippets of songs she was rehearsing for PCDL xD).

I'd love an EnergizE reprise, even though I haven't even seen the AT09 performance yet . Some of her older ballads that were really popular should be reprised, such as Memorial address, HAPPY ENDING, forgiveness, etc. I'd love a full, lovely performance of HEAVEN with the original instrumental, not the piano/acoustic/encore version.

Also, I'd like to her perform some of her songs that, in the past, have gotten really elaborate performances, but I'd like to see them completely stripped down and simplified. For example, alterna, Marionette, kiss o' kill, Born to Be..., etc.

Also, who agrees that it'd be much more fun having all her staples in a medley? She can cut them down, change up the arrangements a bit, give them fun little transitions, and I think they'd become a lot more fresh and interesting that way. Not only do her concert-goers get their fix of concert-y songs, the DVD-watchers don't have to sit through a bunch of songs they've seen performed 50693850690 times with no variation .

Like, the first time she did SURREAL~evolution~SURREAL, It got me really into the performances cause it was more unique that way (though now that's kind of been overdone with PCDL and AT08), so it'd be really fun if she did more medleys with a wider range of songs! (:

The one thing I love about CDLs is that it's pretty much fair game for all her songs - during her yearly tours you can pretty much determine it'll be Album tracks + Single tracks + Staples + 1-2 Old Songs. CDLs are always a surprise, and it's always exciting x3
