with so much competition now if we want a sucessful release and good sales she needs to keep the interest somehow, not only by announcing the private matters, but with music, or music news, apperances somewhere, since she's still a singer. I'm not being spoiled, I'm being pragmatic.

It's sort of the situation with No Doubt.. there's been a vague album in production for a looong time, like 4years so far I believe. & I think about 95% of the recordings are done.

Of course with ayu's work here it's not that extreme! lol.. but when something's rumored at like this, it really drives us all crazy... especially since all if not almost all of the songs are already recorded..

Definitely it's her longest produced album so far to my memory... xD
She already traveled to 3 different countries aside Japan to make things to this new album, my expectations are high =3
Seems like she's making everything in her own pace, there might be really good things coming

Yeah, perhaps this is going to be one of her best albums yet! She has waited awhile, and she just went through a divorce. She puts an album out practically every year and she put out two in one year just recently, so I totally understand the wait.

Having said that...I WANT A NEW ALBUM THOUGH!!! haha I am going to freak out when I get my hands on the new album! I just need a date...something...anything!

Maybe she follows the same path as she did during 2002-2004. She released I am.. and RAINBOW in 2002, Memorial address in December 2003. MY STORY was released in December 2004. If she does, her album might come out in late summer/early autumn 2012. I don't mind her taking time for the album tbh.

Besides, she's going to do HOTEL Love songs tour this year so it's possible she won't release her album before the tour is finished.

since there's info saying that the new album n lifestyle photobook will be released on the same day, so YA just emailed me that lifestyle book will be delayed its shipping date again until 29 February 2012. So could it be the new album release date around that time too?

I think that as long as they don't know the release date of the Life style book, they put the release date at the end of the following month (remember that the previous release dates was 12/30, 01/31, and now 02/29). They just push back the release date in order to not writing "release date unknown".
