I appreciate the extra efforts people go through to do things. I know it takes time, which in this busy world of ours is extremely valuable. But, I never understood the need to tag photos or why people get bent out of shape when their name isn't mentioned when the photos spread. They were put out there for the fan community, when they spread, it should be good news. Not like tacking the original posters name on their makes a huge difference.

I hope this isn't offensive, I just never understood what one would gain from having their name credited over not credited (unless you're tagging your photos that point toward a website or blog that you run).

In my situation, it was mainly the fact that I asked people to PM me if they wanted to use them elsewhere. A few people did, and I gave them permission, no problem. Then I found the scans elsewhere by people who didn't ask me, and it just feels plain rude. Considering I've spent roughly $3000+ on my photo collection (mostly buying from YAJ at exorbitant prices) and people couldn't even credit me for my contribution... it's rude, and selfish. Ego has nothing to do with it, its plain human decency and manners.

And yeah, I release the once you post something on the net you have little control over it, but considering I posted it in here where I thought people where more considerate and its relatively small community, I guess I just had more faith in people than was realistic.

Lesson learned, I won't be doing it again.

/Not aimed at you Zeke, just posting my feelings on my own situation, since I brought it up before.
