I pretty much agree with this entire post, though I liked _genic (give or take). I remember when Uncontrolled was released, I was so excited because I was really loving the singles she was releasing and so I bought the album without a thought but then came Hot Girls and ohhh my god. Dear God that song.

I really hate Uncontrolled. The single versions were way superior to the album ones and I found the album tracks pretty lackluster. I like Feel and _genic equally, since I consider the songs from both of them feel good and nice to dance or work out, nothing serious.

^ The English versions on Uncontrolled were way inferior to the single versions indeed, her voice seemed so off in GO ROUND there... But the Break It remix was actually nice imo, it did the song fit better cause it already sounded dated when the album came out, so it was a nice twist they dis

The new version of Break It was so powerless compared to the original. The single version of it had a lot of punch and energy. The albums fells flat to me

Uncontrolled is a album I always forget Namie release, even though Get Myself Back is one of my favorite tracks of hers.

Uncontrolled is one of my favorite Namie albums. It's probably because I wasn't around for any of the single releases at all. The album as a whole was new for me, so I'm able to be a bit more objective about it I guess.

Uncontrolled is awful. I like the new version of Break It though, but that's the only track I still listen to from that album.

Apparently Naokazu Mitsuishi is the director of Mint's PV. He did Neonlight Lipstick and TSUKI.

tbqh I stopped listening to singles for the most part. Who spoils himself/herself has not to blame the artist about the lack of new content.

I really like Uncontrolled. Past<Future is also one great album.
I don't like Feel and _genic much though. Right now I don't know, what to expect from the next album.

Great ! I loved both PV !

(Your sig is so disturbing ^^' !! )

And about Uncontrolled, the only things that I can't stand is the lame design of the album, the english versions, the lack of Higher, and the lack of SSWD PV...

_genic wasn't exactly a super cohesive album that couldn't fit the singles...

Same. I do like Feel, but I find it weak compared to her previous albums, and _genic was just forgettable imo.

I do like Uncontrolled, my only problem with that album was YEAH-OH and GO ROUND being fully in English, which just didn't work... On the other hand, I like the album version of Break It much better than the single version.

Yay - I love the Tsuki PV!

Haha - that's the way I do it!

Yeah Feel isn't one of my favourite albums from her either. I'll enjoy listening to it now and again but I prefer Uncontrolled (which is one of my favourites, although I will have to give it a re-listen since I have changed some of my Namie faves) and _genic.

I absolutely LOVED Feel. It was the perfect summer album for me; I listened to it to death when it was first released and still listen to it past death almost 3 years later. Hands on Me is one of my favorite dance tracks, as is Heaven, and Supernatural Love, and Lalala. I could live without Big Boys Cry and Let Me Let You Go but dayum, if Feel isn't one of her most fun albums (to me.) and one of her most fun tours (to me.)

Alive alone made FEEL worth it to me, despite some forgettable tracks.
