KinKi Kids Announces 39th Single "Topaz Love / DESTINY"

KinKi Kids has announced that it will be releasing its 39th single "Topaz Love / Destiny" on January 24.

Both songs on the single will be used as theme music for the YTV anime series "Time Bokan: The Villains' Strike Back".

3 versions of the single will be available upon release: a Regular Edition (CD-Only), and 2 different Limited Editions (CD DVD). The DVDs will contain a music video and the making of for one of the A-side tracks.

"Topaz Love" was co-produced by the duo's members, marking the first time this has occurred in 7 years. Domoto Tsuyoshi wrote the song's lyrics, while Domoto Koichi composed the song.

"Topaz Love / Destiny" is KinKi Kid's first new single since Tsuyoshi went on hiatus over the summer. The singer had experienced sudden deafness in June 2017, forcing him to halt his activities until the end of October.

I requested my friend to send me the portions featuring Bara to Taiyou & Anniversary

Tsuyoshi doing air trumpet during Bara to Taiyou was very funny xD and Anniversary was very touching ;___;

Even though Tsuyoshi was physically not present in Yokohama Stadium , it was still so cool that the entire venue was turned into a sing a long session when they sang the songs' portions that Tsuyoshi was supposed to sing

No wonder my friend said she had no regrets spending so much $ to attend the 1st day of the concert

From JFC announcement, the concert seems to be a collaboration with Orchestra and audience are advised not to bring any penlights or uchiwa following the special arrangement.

This afternoon I watched a last year's KinKi Kids no Bunbuboon episode that featured TOKIO's Nagase

LOL LOL LOL Nagase + KinKi Kids = chaos and it was so funny that Nagase kept scolding Tsuyoshi & Koichi separately and he can get away with it xD

It's quite something that the 3 of them have been friends for over 20 years o_O

KinKi Kids performed Topaz Love for the very 1st time in this week's NHK Songs

As expected , Topaz Love is very nice and it reminds me of both Mada Namida ni Naranai Kanashimi ga + Koi wa Nioeto Chirinuruwo as both songs are upbeat but lyrically they're sad

I love Koichi's music compositions and I'm so pleased he composed Topaz Love as that's what he does best

Real excited to watch the Topaz Love & DESTINY PVs in due time yay
