i don't find her new songs sound similar to other old songs.
probably, u've been ayu's fans for such a long time and you're getting the boredom of hearing ayu's songs..
as i'm a new fan of ayu since 2003, so i may not feel bore of any new songs that she releases recently, though, i don't really like her (miss)understood, sounds so not AYu.. but love some of the songs inside except for Bold & Delicious.

Don't compare the Internet with real life.. where you'll actually get looks of disgust when you say/do things like this ._.

I've still to remember how fated begins, though I do like it. For some reason the verses don't stick with me.. the introduction is just too different for me to remember x.x



So. A group of people are beginning to deem glitter / fated as Ayu's worst single ever.
I think that this is probably something that will be a common occurrence as Ayu releases newer things, sadly. She released Secret, and there were those that said that it sucked like woaah. Then part of Me. "Her worst ballad." And now, glitter / fated, "her worst single." Perhaps these people are fans that just got tired too quickly of Ayu, or perhaps they never really liked Ayu that much in the first place... I dunno. But to me, I do not think this is her "worst." Would you call it her worst?

I think it's because we knew she has a huge potential to make the songs heaps better.

But she didn't. Which is why we complain overtime.




When you're a top-rate celebrity, people expect the best from you. Look at Kumi. No one even care if Trust Your Love sucked big time in 2001.
But now after being dazzled and amazed with her best albums, people starts to demand more. Everyone got tired of FREAKY very quick.


And....uh, the same thing happened with Mika Nakashima. After the LOVE era & the NANA era, everyone seemed to be looking down upon YES.
People knows she can do better ballads than anything on YES. But she didn't do it. Which disappoint a lot of people.

Same thing goes for Ayu.

But Koda's releases haven't been all that great in the first place.
Even when she got big last year, they never really had the amazing factor that Ayu had when she was big.. :|

Anyhow jokes aside, in the end everyone has a right to say how they feel. This is a product and fans have a right to choose what they like and what they don't. If they don't like this single - too bad but we cannot force them.

As Keishi said, big stars are always noticed more because of their popularity and fame and some will have different tastes/expectations out of a single. For some this single might sound awesome but others might not find it up to their tastes. It's a matter of personal taste in the end and bickering won't solve the problem.

I think her earlier ASFXX singles/forgiveness are the worst singles.

As for "part of Me", I thought it was the worst ballad she's released in a while (which probably means since "forgiveness")

I guess it's the "waltz" atmosphere that forgiveness has. Waltz is not to everybody's tastes.
The only thing I don't like in that song is the engrish =/

Perhaps forgiveness was meant for RAINBOW and ended up being saved for the drama it was used for?
