i'm pretty sure touring is the most profitable part of her career, right after CMs and photoshoots

and if she enjoys doing what she does and makes good money, then Life can't get any better, no?

isn't touring basically the most profitable part of the job for most artists?

Yay, I was right, I knew I read it somewhere, and I know it's from earlier this year, but anyways my favorite part about Namie's career is that she usually gives out GREAT performances for her tours, and when it's time to record for the dvd she prolly goes all out! I hope she continues to work for the next 6 years at least, so I can save up to go to a tour of hers, I can imagine myself crying well she's singing a beautiful ballad...

^ I believe it.... If I had a choice to buy her CD or go see her live, you better believe I'll be at that tour venue xD;... Besides, digital downloads are in! That's where most of physical CD sales must go to. But it didn't seem to effect BEST FICTION!

I would go to a tour venue too. :3 CDs can be bought at any time, but tours could be a once-in-a-lifetime chance!

^Yes, she performed it on tv shows for promotion for Sweet 19 Blues, and she's performed it in possibly 3 of her earlier tours. One of my fave Namie songs though!

^ but isn't that a bit boring? The quiet audience is ok only when an artist is perfoming a ballad, otherwise is weird o_O

i'm almost done watching the Seoul concert video - very good quality you can hear her singly "live" clearly without too much enhancements or editing.

haha, those Korean fans were screaming and screeching just like the Taiwanese fans. why can't her DVDs be like this? maybe JPN concert-goers are more subdued in their applause or the DVD is too heavily edited to minimize their feedback?
