Because it's not official by any source.
4,000 is just an assumption. Oricon doesn't show daily sales below the top 3 and it was #4 on that day.

Actually, the sales in the thread are wrong. If you take a better look, ayumisrael counted the last day of the 1st week of the sales as the 1st day of the second week of the sales. Which makes this week's Ayu's sales by 4299 copies less than KREVA. There are still 2 days to go. Hope her sales make up for that 4299 difference!!

oricon's first week counts only six days... the seventh day counts as the second week's first day, ayumisrael didnt make a mistake =D and theres only 1 more day to go
