In addition to being used as the new image song for Cardfight!! Vanguard , DAIGO's CHANGE !! will also be used as the theme song for the live action version of Cardfight!! Vanguard the movie starring DAIGO himself .

Cardfight!! Vanguard the movie(s) will have an anime & a live action versions in which both movies will open in Japanese cinemas next month on 13th Sept .

And for the 1st time , there're a total of 3 different DAIGO's in the latest Cardfight!! Vanguard CM , the Normal , the (new) Black & the Red .

Red DAIGO's image is a bit weird as he reminds me of a band conductor reject -_- but the (new) Black DAIGO is just so hot xD

And unlike the previous Black DAIGO incarnations , he doesn't go up against Normal DAIGO but instead teamed up with him to defeat Red DAIGO , how cool's this ?

While Normal DAIGO looks downright normal hahaha

JpopAsia - "Cardfight!! Vanguard" Live-Action/Anime Full Trailer



A full trailer lasting 90-seconds has been released by Shochiku following teasers for the upcoming hybrid live-action/anime film project.



The movie, which is scheduled for a September 13th Japan release, will star musician DAIGO and voice actress Suzuko Mimori for the live action segment "Mittsu no Game" (The three games).

Director of live-action TV drama STAND UP! Vanguard based on the popular card series franchise, Takashi Motoki, is returning to the directors chair for the project while the anime segment "Neon Messiah" will directed by Shin Itagaki (BLACK CAT, Devil May Cry).

Step back in time - DAIGO endorsing Kirin in 2009





1 of DAIGO's 1st few endorsement CMs he did when his popularity started to soar was when he endorsed Kirin .

I remembered during my early days in the guys' fandom in seeing the CM for this online & even up to now , it's still hilarious . Heck at that time , I didn't know his Kirin CM was the start of his (now infamous) Rock Step ~.~

This was seen towards the end of episode 7 of the LOVE STAGE!! anime & in the anime/manga itself , CRASHERZ is loosely based on BREAKERZ in real life .

Since CRASHERZ is loosely based on the guys in real life , here're the names of the members in the anime :

AKIHIDE - HARU
SHINPEI - RINPEI

Poor HARU , he doesn't look like AKIHIDE in almost any single bit -_- while RINPEI is almost spot on as SHINPEI due to the blonde hair & sunglasses xD

Musing announces that they will be accepting preorder of concert tickets for BREAKERZ's upcoming BREAKERZ COUNTDOWN LIVE 2014-2015 that will be taking place in Dec 31st at Pacifico Yokohama National Convention Hall .

In this case , Musing will be accepting preorders of concert tickets from today (22nd Aug) ; 6pm Japan time until 3rd Sept (Wed) ; 11.59pm Japan time .

Utilising a balloting system , each interested buyer can ballot for a maximum number of 4 tickets each , with each concert ticket having a ticket price of 7.980 Yen each .

DAIGO's CHANGE !! / Shinpaishou na Kanojo single will get released next month on 10th Sept . And yesterday via DAIGO's official site & DAIGO MOBILE , both websites announced that he will be doing a release event for his new single next month :

So far , only the dates have been released via both websites which include as follows :

13/9 (Sat) @ Tokyo {on the same day when both the anime + live-action versions of Cardfight!! Vanguard the movies get released in Japanese cinemas}
14/9 (Sun) @ Osaka

More details such as the time , venue for both dates will be revealed in due time .

VAMPS LIVE 2014 BEAST PARTY is a 2 days Summer outdoors live event & this year's the 3rd time VAMPS hosting it .
