I think her US debut sort of killed her Japan career... Not necessarily forever, but for now. Probably doesn't help that there are few/no PV's, and no Music Station etc performances.

I considered it ended when BEST & FLOP came out.....the sales of that best album pretty much confirmed that BoA's popularity was gone...

Do you all think that the album would be selling about the same or more if the album was enjoyable? I've seen good albums not sell well, but for BoA I feel that the support isn't there. I think that regardless of how good the album was it would be selling about the same. Maybe higher but still not enough to get her number one.

I hated this album because I pre-ordered it and then it turned out to be so bland, but I asked CDJapan if they could swap it over for Kuu's UNIVERSE/3rd Universe and they said they could, so now I'm not mad anymore. Sorry BoA, but Kuu flogged you in quality AND quanity with her new album. I'll probably get the OS press at some point, when/if this album grows enough on me.
