B'z & other artistes will be performing at this year's SUMMER SONIC 2019

SUMMER SONIC 2019 will take place on 16th to 18th Aug and for B'z , they will be the 1st Japanese act to headline the music event

For now it's not known which date B'z will perform for SUMMER SONIC 2019

B’z is the first Japanese artist to headline the “SUMMER SONIC” festival

The second headliner for the 2019 edition of the “SUMMER SONIC” music festival has been announced, and it’s none other than legendary rock duo B’z.

B’z will be hitting the stage from August 16th – 18th at the ZOZO Marine Stadium & Makuhari Messe located in Osaka. Even though SUMMER SONIC is one of Japan’s most prolific music festivals, this is actually the very first time a Japanese artist is serving as headliner.

Last year Oasis member Noel Gallagher and American singer Beck were the headliners. The second headliner for the 2019 festival will be Red Hot Chili Peppers. The rest of the lineup has yet to be revealed.

B'z to hold 'LIVE-GYM 2019'

B'z will hold their live tour 'B'z LIVE-GYM 2019' from June.

This year's tour will be comprised of 36 shows kicking off on June 8 at Kagoshima Arena, and wrapping up on September 10 at Marine Messe Fukuoka. With this tour, they will renew their support members. The new members include Brian Tichy (Dr), Yukihide "YT" Takiyama (G), Mohini Dey (B), and Sam Pomanti (Key).
