Looking at the description (English and Japanese),
from what I understand, it's an album. The 4th Korean album with a Japanese translation sheet with it, with additional tracks / new songs. (?) The DVD will have the same content as the 4th; like the PV and the off-shot, plus, footage from a-nation'08.
