But can you honestly say you don't judge people based on their appearance..? Ever? I'm almost positive this place is full of hypocrites. Some people think he looks scummy. What's the big deal? Chill and don't be so morally self-righteous. Just because you defend Ayu's man doesn't make you a bigger fan than anyone else, either.

I'm just saying that you shouldn't base your judgment appearance alone, but more on the person's personality (but that's just me). I'm just tired of people making statements like, "oh he looks like a bum, therefore, he's euro-trash! She deserves so much better than him" and "OMG! He's a total gold digger!" It's been said a million times that she's old enough to make her own decisions and mistakes! I'm not trying to be morally self-righteous, if that's the case. Just don't bash someone just based on his looks! Okay?

Hey guys don't be so hard on ayu or her decision we all don't even know this Manuel guy but I think Ayumi loves him why else would she pick him. I saw the photos he does not seem like a bad looking guy. come on she gave you guys her life every night, she sacrificed every day for all her fans at least respect her decision because she has earned that. I said this before I think Miss Hamasaki is proving a point that no matter what age or where from or what race those things do not matter when it comes to love. You are free to Marry who ever no matter how bizzare or wrong it may seem for Ayus case this does not seem bad at all we are her fans she needs us and I am with her every step of the way.

This place isn't full of hypocrites. It's full of regular people going about their lives trying to figure out the meaning of things

Maybe some people will take some of those self-righteous morals that Yuri is apparently spreading around, and learn to be better people.


In any case, I wish some of the people talking crap about how Mannie looks will actually bother to say why.

Personally, he doesnt really have any prominent characteristics to me, except the fact that he's got long hair and a scruffy beard.

The only thing I was able to tell when looking at him, was that he must go through the same amount of shampoo and conditioner I do...

i agree. i've only seen people say "Mannie is ugly, he's using Ayu. why would Ayu want to be with him" without any reason. it's really silly.

I kinda agree. I still think it's childish to call anyone ugly -especially someone who makes money off of their looks, which makes it obvious people must be jealous or exaggerating because they are frustrated for some reason- but it is way out of line to throw around insults like that.
