I love HAIRCUT MV but I still don't love the song. It took me a while to love Ultraviolet so maybe it's gonna be the same with HAIRCUT.
One of the fans posted CHANCES ALL MV on Instagram. It has W FACE era budget. It's just her singing in front of the camera in the outfits from the other two MVs. Quote:

I was expecting CHANCES ALL to be a bonus PV tbh due to being announced so late, so it's a bit better than I imagined
Thought it was gonna be her leaving one of the sets and walking away from the shooting, a bit like ayu's Pride, so I like this, it's a bit like Someday. And yeah there are more scenarios from the photos she posted, HAIRCUT also has that one in the "water" plus the instagram pic shows her in another room when she's with those green boots. Can't wait to see it all

I also believe Chances All PV has the same concept of Someday PV, it's pretty obvious it will feature costumes and looks from Haircut and Watch Out PVs.. I would have loved to see the Hush PV look on it too, but I suppose it has nothing to do with the other two

I'm in love with HAIRCUT MV. Hands down, her best one from this era. She looks amazing with all the hairstyles. The second half of it is even better than the first. The part with the butterflies is brilliant. A complete victory.
