I'm worried that after the release of this single comes her album, and after that, she starts going on a hiatus. It happened with hitomi and sifow, I don't want it to happen with misono! She does have good music, she just needs a bit more promotion!

Are you kidding me, damn avex is promoting everything else, it's no wonder misono doesn't sell well, she's good, no no no scratch that SHE'S GREAT!, Way better than Kumi(I love kuu btw), but Kumi only sells like a hot cake because of the fact that she is one of avex huge promotion and money suckers!...UGH!

I think avex promotes her pretty well...but for some reason she's just not popular right now.

i'm not sure if it'll be permanently cancelled or not. maybe it's temporary? i dunno about the album, though. i haven't heard any news on that. i guess it's postponed so far.

mmh i noticed it wasn't on CDJapan anymore the other day.

i think the single is a bad idea. she should promote the song as a radio/tv release for the new album...

i mean, releasing a single with song + instrumental + medley from album and not much on the DVD is a baaaaad idea.

avex should be putting MORE (excuse the kuu pun) on misono, Ami etc etc singles to make people want to buy them.

I miss misono. I've been addicted to her lately. lol Check my last.fm page. I listen to her more than I listen to her sister. I'm ordering never+land (CD+DVD) in a couple of weeks. Yay! I found it for cheap on YA. lol I saw the cover for the first time and it was cute.

I don't think the album was cancelled. As for the single, I think AVEX plans to not release as a single and just save it for the album. You know, just give people an incentive to buy the album. Never+land didn't have much new material and what was added on the DVD was lackluster. They could've at least added all of her PVs on there. My poor HOT TIME was even added on the album either.

^mmh i'm not sure about never+land. it doesn't seem to be that good.... and plus, if you want the PVs you have to buy the singles... and all the b-sides were put on the album too. ;p

i'm really loving all the rock singles + their b-sides though... havn't heard "pochi" but i'll be definetly buying her newa lbum !

I think her new album will sound better. I didn't really care for never+land personally, I ended up listening to just a few single tracks and 1 or 2 b-sides, the other ones I just didn't really like.

For the 20th anniversary of Avex, a commemorate drama/compilation CD will be released. From April 'til September, on Terebi Asahi the drama Otome (音女) will feature music from the compilation album (tentatively titled Ni Juu-nen Ni Hyaku-kyoku (20 Years, 200 Songs), tentative release date is summer), with each episode focusing on one specific song (1 episode, 1 song). The scripts will be written by Itou Yousuke (composer from band Tokyo Purin) and directed by Suzuki Kousuke.

Each episode will feature different actors/talents. Currently known about actresses are Uno Misako (AAA), Suzuki Ami, Nakamura Yuri, misono and YU-KI (TRF).
