lol what top 50? Daily is only top 20 wekkly is top 50 maybe you are looking on wrong chart xD

If you look at Oricon's official site, it will only list up to Top 20 daily for albums (I think you need to pay subscription to see the full chart).

But if you look on livedoor or JPM, there is the full Top 50.
