HEY!x3 is definitely not live. The only exception are those special episodes. They are broadcasted twice per year, one time in spring and second in September. Music Station is one of the few music TV shows that air live every week in Japan. Wednesday J-POP might be another one (not sure).

Generally it is prerecorded unless it is one of their annual special shows.

Great lineup. Morning Musume? They haven't been on Music Station for over 2 years. (Kanashimi Twilight) and then I think it was another 2 years prior to that when they were on it last.
