It's probably the second half of the album she released in August this year.

Edit: looking at the generasia description, it's an answer album to Sixxxxxx. Avex is really milking ayu's remaining fans, guess they really wanted that extra ¥¥¥. Don't know why it couldn't have been just another full album but released later on. She also turned a mini album into a full album... It also gives me Ami Suzuki Infinity 18 volumes 1&2 vibes. Ayu channeling former rival/queen of electropop Ami Suzuki.

Edit 2: imagine the meltdowns if this pulls a LOVE again. I don't know how people will justify it then.

I mean... the "to be continued" at the end of Summer diary pretty much guarantees something is coming anyways lol A December release doesn't seem so far-fetched

Well it probably won't be like LOVE again since sixxxxxx is an album, but the next mini might be just a continuement.
