and to answer your question, he did say rude things about/to kumi. He told her if she didn't lose weight they would have trouble marketing her (and Kuu has never been fat since her debut days.)

you should get over the fact he told kumi she was fat. if he didn't then she wouldn't be successful and you probably wouldn't even know who she is and be able to stan so crazily for her. he did her a favor and you know it.

the circumstances with this and ayu/koda are totally different so i dont get why people are comparing them.
avex being unhappy that TVXQ is connected to the mafia is totally different from them telling someone they need to lose some weight or having them put out a compilation album, because the industry especially the Pop market that Koda and Ayu are in is all about good looks and also making money.
having ties with people that are violent murderers is a whole different story.

Yeah, those are very different situations, but I wasn't comparing the controversies, I was using it to show that Max is not the nice, caring business man that he tries to pretend he is. He is an old man who goes to twitter when he has problems.

He acts like he treats all his artists under AVEX with care but we know that's not the case, proving there may be some light to TVXQ's staff's claims.

Matsuura has disappointed Toho fans a few times before on twitter. Not only the Changmin tweet, but also drunk emo tweets about the boys when they were still together. Really unprofessional as a CEO to tweet such things.
Also Chiba-san (CSO) tweeted pics of himself wearing only shorts doing some ninja move. He removed the picture when people reacted shocked. And he apologized for tweeting drunk. At least he wasn't stupid enough to tweet about Toho while being drunk like Matsuura

In reality it shouldn't matter whether someone is fat or not to become a singer. If the singer has talent, then she should be allowed to be as she is. Susan Boyle became so popular even though she isn't good-looking at all, but she has a great voice I think Kuu would have made it anyway, even if she was 'fat'.
