I don't think you should take her jokes that seriously.
Her budget is not what is used to be, of course, but it's not as bad that they couldn't use another pic of the re(LIVE) shooting for digital singles or shoot another interlude movie for a tour. They did those shootings anyway, so they could have done different interludes/pics without spending more money at the same time.
Even without having seen the tour yet, I'm pretty sure having those two smilar interlude movies is due to the concept, not the budget.

I'm following a bunch of artists who really are on a tight budget compared to Kuu.

I just want my LLVL in HQ, I still don't care for GF. I replaced it with LLVL MV-rip on my re(CORD) playlist. Maybe overtime achi chi achi will stop sounding weird AF to me but not atm. I bet if I heard the Japanese ver first I'd like it more. Like with real Emotion I heard the Japanese ver first and it's my favourite version, however, with Twinkle it's opposite, so I prefer the English version.

You can find all info about the Jankara campaign on the site kaled posted, the bars with the special rooms are also mentioned in the lower right corner of the pics I posted (2 in Osaka, one in Kyoto, one in Fukuoka and one in Kobe - none in Tokyo this time, but as they're having a lottery for tickets for 2 dates in Fukuoka and Osaka people using the special rooms can participate in, it wouldn't make much sense to have them in other cities). 184 Jankara bars through the whole country take part, 40 have the goods to sell, 5 have special rooms.
Kuu also left messages in each one of the rooms on the wall!
