Sparkle sounds live, for me at least, you can hear a backtrack, but it's live... I don't get why people are complaining about it since sparkle isn't a very very hard song to sing.

Anyway, there is notplayback as much as Madonna can use during her shows ... and sho cares if Ayu uses it ? I went to the Arena Tour 2009 in May and it was real live. Just open your ears ...

Madonna doesn't playback THAT much, actually. In the Confessions tour it seems only Sorry is playbacked.

Sparkle really wasn't playback, at least at my concert. You could hear by her "improvising". By improvising I don't mean actual ad lipping, but changing the vocals around like live singers do. :3 Like instead of 'naaaii' > 'naa AAAaiii'... If you understand..lol

If that's the case, then it would seem at least by that clip, that she changed it for the last concert. Or as many have been saying, that the verses are live but the choruses playback.

But yeah, In the Corner I was already expecting since it was at PCDL.

I'm almost 100% sure that EnergizE is lip synced. (But there seems to be a reason, what with the insane performance, so whatever.) AUDIENCE seems very live to me, considering not only does it sound a little different (which it doesn't have to be very different, since it's an easy song), but you can hear her take an awkward breath in the beginning, hah. rollin' definitely has to be live, I think... And Sparkle, now that I hear the verses, definitely sounds live, too. I guess the chorus just has a lot of backtrack in it. (Which I actually prefer, because songs like that can sound pretty boring sometimes without a lot of back-up vocals of some sort.)

^ No, she has had good vocal performances for sure but I don't say all of them are lip synched or back tracked.

Even in these news clips I said Evolution sounds very good but I do not suspect that one of being lip synched. There is just certain evidence from what we have seen and heard from Sparkle that points to it not being completely live and therefore I'm not going to say "oh she sounded so great in Sparkle" or something like that.

I didn't say it's impossible and I said it myself that I am pretty sure the back track was being used during the choruses. I usually don't say that she sounded "great" just that I like the way it sounds and to be honest we all know that she had some songs lip synced that sounded terrible ^^

I personally think that the playback talk should stop...it's wishful thinking though.

As I and others have said, it's better to be blissfully unaware and be able to enjoy a concert, and then come to your own conclusions, but it just gets irritating when members of this forum continuously try to persuade everyone else to believe something is playback.

Like, I think it was, TH said, we're never going to know whether or not a song is playback unless Ayu messes up with the lip movements. Other than that, no matter how strongly your intuition says, it's purely speculation.

I don't see what's to gain by pointing out playback and then trying to get everyone else to agree.

As long as ayu doesn't go britney on us, I'm fine if ayu lip synches a few songs in a concert...with majority of the songs live. I really have no interest to find out or to know which song she lip synches. When I watch her concerts, I don't focus on her mouth movements or try to hear if there's a difference compared to previous concert performances and studio tracks. To me this is not why I watch her concerts. I watch them for enjoyment.

It's really more that people get over defensive about the idea. Or maybe its better to say that people try to prove that she didn't, just as much if not more so than people saying that she did.

I should be able to say "I don't think Sparkle has such great vocals as everyone thinks because it doesn't sound live to me", without it having to go on for pages.

Plenty of people said that Energize was playback over and over again yet for some reason that didn't start anything.

Neither do I. I try to just sit and enjoy the concert, but I just notice it naturally. Some people are just more attuned to things like this it seems, like noidea said.

she doesn't dance as tough as Namie and Kuu, why can't she sing (sounds) well U_U. And you guys still complain just like Eason did.

I thought I could find some other news footage and pics or clips but all I read is still the same stuffs: LIP SYNC. Like seriously guys...pages and pages talking about this.

nuff said. I hope the DVD is out soon and I can enjoy it.

I don't think I've seen anybody here prove she didn't lipsync. All I see is some trying to prove her lipsyncing and others pleading for it to stop.

Oh Ayu... I don't like her cutesy voice, neither while singing nor speaking (although speaking is much, much worse, cause singing is part of a performance after all).
I listended to the live recordings truhappiness posted and I was literally dying trough the first words of rollin'. XD
It sounds horrible, but somehow it is fascinating to me at the same time this time, it's weird. XD
If rollin' is really such a funny and strange performance I'll love it, cause I love weird things (and the cutesy voice fits then).

And by the way rollin' is with Sparkle my fav song from NEXT LEVEL.

well, In The Corner already was suspicious in PCDL, we might get something by comparing the vocal tracks, IF AT09 performance is playback(and IF PCDL is playback), she will most likely use that recording again

Wow when I see Ayu live, I wish in my heart I wouldn't be like some of you guys. Like out of all the things you can say about the concert, only playback/lypsynch gets to mind in your posts? I find that sad if a few songs of her summed up her whole concert... At least if playback affected you that much, isn't there anything positive to talk about her concert too? Like you guys did went to see her...

^ Most people on here unfortunatly were not able to actually see the concert yet and talking about the setlist or the costumes at this point just isnt interesting anymore

And post about playback are definitly better than these "I want the DVD to come out" "It's gonna be so amazing!!!!!!" oneliners
