So, I just watched my first Namie live ever: LIVE STYLE 2014. I have to say she sounds far better live than Ayu, but I was extremely disappointed that she did only one outfit change in the entire first hour of the concert. I was also hoping that she would wear the dress from the re-made PV of CAN YOU CELEBRATE?. I was super surprised to see her in a black dress after that intermission video... just didn't seem to flow well from the video. But overall, it was a lot of fun to watch. She's definitely more entertaining on stage, but I think it's less of an actual show compared to Ayu's lives. I haven't seen a Koda live yet, but I'm somewhat hoping it's a mix of the two.

That just reminded me. I will forever hold a grudge against that video. After Vidal Sassoon did the pvs for 60s70s80s, and they released the commercial for Do Me More with that "show girl" theme, I expected the music video to be an extended version of that, and we ended up getting an absolutely horrible video. horrible horrible horrible choreography which probably took 20 minutes to throw together, some weird mixture between snow white and alice in wonderland, pole dancing, those weird furry looking unicorn/heart dancers in the background and a "rose bush maze" that was pretty much filmed entirely in the same exact 10 foot long hallway, but was filmed in different angles to make it look like it was in different places.

Do Me More is seriously one of her best tracks ever. I fall in love with it all over again every time I go a while without listening to it and it randomly pops up on shuffle. That intro...her rap breakdown... I can't

I echo the sentiment that we should've gotten an extended version of that VS commercial as the PV...but instead we got....what we got lmao. #JusticeForDoMeMore

Yeah, that show girl commercial was PERFECT! The actual video is definitely a let down.

Yeah, the day I attended (the last date, December 23rd) she wore that white dress that appears with the wings in the back (the wings were on the chair behind her), imo it was much nicer than the black one

This lmao. Do Me More was one of the first Namie PV's I've ever watched so that video has a nostalgic place in my heart. The unicorn pole dancers are amazing though lmao and I LOVED Namie's outfit with that tiny white hat and that gorgeous dress.

Yeah, but imagine seeing the vidal sassoon commercial first which was extremely high quality, and then seeing the music video. It was a letdown. I mean, not paying attention to the commercials, the pv is just another old namie music video. But vidal sassoon directed the videos for New Look, Rock Steady and What a feeling. The commercials for their hair products then were exerts/shots from the music video. So of course when a new namie amuro vidal sassoon commercial came out featuring a new song, we all imagined it was using stuff from the music video.

Here, two different versions using 2 different footage. Do you see, NintendoHTF1242, how much of a let down the pv was when we all thought this was going to be the video?




Unfortunately, I can't find the 1 minute version of the commercial. But these are just as good.

As much I love the Do Me More PV, you absolutely right orangeakira. I remember how every international fan were like "WTF is that Namie?!!", it was a let down. But its a good PV, specially for her, cause Namie doesnt have the best music videos lol.

Does anyone remember the commercial that used Copy That before the album was released? She was walking on a catwalk towards the camera, I don't remember if it was a VS commercial or another brand, but I think there was a similar let down when it turned out it was just a commercial and not an actual PV.
