^ My guess is it's a single since a few days ago she tweeted in reply to someone that the new song was "heavenly6's new single" and that the title was undecided.

i just thought it was a new song & that's it! i wasn't entirely sure if that meant it would be really be a new single, lol. awesome! i'm so glad!

New single scheduled for heavenly "monochrome rainbow" set to be released on October 26th. The b-side will be the song which was featured in a CM last year "I'M YOU DEVIL"
